" Any changes, if any will take a generation to implement and substantial hardship like the 1930 depression or a severe war with millions going to perish. Humanity may be technologically advanced but over the span of 100 to 300 years nothing changed in their character. I remind many of my Russian counterparties that not a lot has changed in Russia since Ivan Grozny then they had the boyars willing to sell Russia to the highest bidder and today are the Russian Oligarchs. The relative standard of living of the average rural Russian has not changed a lot even if he has a car today. Watch this to the end
