Never mind I found my own answer on the Dr. Wachter / Mr Koe non vote. On May 14, 2012, the Board elected Jan E. Koe as a director to fill the vacancy created by Dr. Wachter’s resignation. Mr. Koe will serve as a director until the 2013 annual meeting of stockholders.
