Which is why the AZ law should be enforced and expanded - all workers should be checked/e-verified for active visa status/right to work aka citizen/green card all the time. Students in school K-12, college and hospital visits etc. Whenever someone comes in contact with government - they should be checked and shown the door when they fail.
