Kagan's first action as Dean of Harvard Law School was to remove the long standing required courses in the US Constitution.

Kagan's second action as Dean of Harvard Law School to replace the Constitutional Law classes

with required classes in International Law.

Now Kagan sits on the US Supreme Court.
