I am having trouble figuring whether you are dismissing this insider sale as a matter of routine or whether you truly feel the insider sales are something that is a pre-cursor of much worse things to come. And what do you make of the dwindling volume and stagnant stock price on such low volume?? Mr. Spock, I just want to inject my conjecture because it appears you may be becoming unnecessarily exercised. And because it isn't worth it the day before Thanksgiving. <G> 1. The insider sale I posted was small, and Stagno hasn't sold since before the CSCC acquisition. It doesn't suggest much. 2. Re. dwindling volume, the price has risen, lately, on days when volume is relatively high according to Glen Rudolph. That is good per. M. Carter's prior post. 3. Re. block trades, we just had a 25,000 block that went off at the ask (i.e., it was a purchase). A block sale here, a purchase there, not much to work with. Enjoy your holiday. Gary Korn
