Regarding Apple's settlement with Proview over the iPad name, does anyone know how the Chinese were obtaining iPads before the matter was settled? Smuggled in through Hong Kong? I have a friend who is from China and she said her brother (who lives in China) bought the latest iPad there, and she assures me it was legal. I didn't have a response for her considering the settlement had not been reached at the time, so it made me curious. Thanks for any info.
