Ooutlook on oil. Message 28246414 [Johnny: I am not as sure that increases in output will offset lower oil prices. You still need to see good economic growth worldwide for that to happen. With the OPEC countries not respecting their oil quotas and a good reason to make it economic for other countries to continue exploration the assumption of the price of oil used for the article might be wrong.]
