YES-I have required a new high 1/2 point higher than in last 15 day base period, with a 50% volume increase over the 50 day vol mov avg., with Rel Strength (qrs) greater than 60. Just for fun, I said the qrs from a week ago had to be lower, and earnings had to be positive. Average daily volume is greater than 80,000, price is greater than 7, and yes, float is less than 40 million.
