ON TOPIC??? What's that?....Greetings from an ex-Soviet MIG base in Eastern Europe. Wish you all were here. SYCR is starting to sound like the movie 'Groundhog Day'...or is it just me? Sean Semi-funny: Would you belive that the speed limit is 20kph [12mph] on this base? It takes FOREVER to get anywhere! Ever tried to drive HUMVEE at 12mph for miles at a time? ARGGHHH! There are a lot of Army troops here...and they have a bad habit of running each other over. Gawd!
