and btw, some of our wealthiest corps paid no taxes at all.... Corporations don't pay taxes on wealth, or even revenue, they pay taxes on income. That means that expenses get deducted. And they get loss carry forwards so that if they make -X then X, they don't get taxed on X, when they really made nothing.
