I have been critical of the Canadian healthcare system my entire life and taken family members to the Mayo Clinic several times. I would be the first Canadian to admit that this country would not exist if the U.S. was not directly south of our border. "They all vacation in America and successful Canadians generally come to America to stay." We don't all vacation in America some of us go to Cuba and Forbes would disagree with your demographics. en.wikipedia.org "why are you guys on this thread?"
