Blaming Clinton for the tragedy of 9-11 won't fly. The Clinton Administration funded and was was tough in pursuit of elusive terrorists. The Clinton Administration clearly briefed the immediate al Quieda threat level to the Bushies. The Bushies wanted to re-prioritize national security. Couldn't hire Halliburton or the wishful military industrial complex to hunt a few hundred radical religious jihaddihists with small weapons and IEDs.
