My Brother was a DC cop at the time, in the 'terrorist' div. he said they got 50 reports a day like this. That's the problem. On any particular day one can see literally hundreds of reports from all intelligence agency collectors (CIA, DIA, NSA, Army, Navy, Marines.. and foreign allies) discussing potential conspiracies and threats against this country, or it's people (domestically and overseas). It's an incredibly difficult task to find the "diamonds in the dirt" and determine which reports require more active investigation. In fact, that's part of the enemy's disinformation and counter-intelligence plan. They will flood the "intel market" with all kinds of false reports in order to cover up their actual operations. We do the very same thing.. My heart-burn definitely resides with Richard Clarke, who was in both the Clinton and Bush administrations. He personally signed the order that permitted Saudis living in this country to be able to return home without being questioned first. When no one else was able to fly over the US, Saudis were being flown back to SA. Hawk
