I took the liberty to represent us as a group and send a e-mail to Joe Gort and demand some answers to what has happen to OUR money. I sent this e-mail today. IF/When Joe responds, I will post the results.

Want to drop you a line with a bunch of questions from the people that post on SI would like some answers to! Please be honest with us....

1- Can we still expect the dividend that was promised to us on March 17 for the internet TV deal? As I remember we were to get 1 share of INET for each 120 shares of LUMA we owned.

2- Is it true that RICI is being bought out?

3- Are there any dealings with the internet still going on( Mallscapes, Aztec, ect) if not what is happening to all the equipment that was purchased.

4- Has the boat sailed and is there any income to RICI right now.

5- is there any other income, beside the boat, that the company can claim as income. There have been a lot of great promises in the past and we would like to know the status of these projects.

6- Is Mr. Goree still around. Who are the actual board of directors for SMRY/LUMA/RICI

7- Are you at all worried about what has happen to the stock price, because we REALLY are.

I do realize these are tough questions, but we feel that we as shareholders would like to know. We don't get anything telling us about the company ever and we can't access a internet site, so we would like to get some answers to these questions and we thought you would be the one to come to.
