Essam: Thoughts on the recent downward trend? Perhaps you could help me assemble some information on the shares outstanding and market capitalization -- how many shares are issued and what is the approximate split between insider and institutional holdings? I am looking to go on a bit of a shopping trip and AXO is close to the top of my list. Do you know anything about existing strategic alliances that the Company may have? Any assistance appreciated.
