tonto, Your grasp of the transportation act is astounding. What projects will start this year because of it?



I have not read the bill at this point since the President just signed it. However, knowing politicians, each Congressman will want to go back to their Senate and House District and show what they have done or are doing for the constituents in their District.

In my community it has already begun with infrastructure improvements beginning.
