I didn't expect you to undestand. You do not seem able to grasp that democracy forms governments. Governments do not form democracy.

Democracy was first formed ot protect the common man fromthe rich and powerful. Kings,queens, and feudal lords who lorded over serfs and peasants.

And to the extent possible the powerful will rule the less powerful. It has been that way throughout history.

Tell me any time in history when that was not true! Until we invented democracy.

Now you want to throw that away!

So democracy must be protected so the common man is on an equal footing with the rich and powerful.

Look how many wall street criminals got off scott free. But a kid smoking a joint can go to jail for years, except if he is rich. The rich seldom go to jail.

We are becoming a country of men and not laws.
