Ford Excursion diesel 9000 lbs of manhood Walk softly carry, drive a big truck & carry a S&W? ...kind of tells you right there what the state of things really is doesn't it ? Funny thing is out here in the west *lots of women drive these big diesels* , just a wealthy American woman's thing liking the security of having lots of steel wrapped around her & kids , so its nice to know you have that feminine side to you . They drive up to the Star Bucks drive thru windows for their frappachinos to go in their 250 duellys .... Though Ford's been #1 truck maker most of the way bought a new 350 duelly for the ranch 8yrs ago and though tough , what piss ant mediocre interior designs only the controlling bean counters over @ dum dum Ford corp could manage to come up with , until Toyota showed them all how to incorporate a little & modernity style into the mix finally . Not to mention a simple roll up window that doesnt cr@p out in 50k mis ... Ford always a fave short , one most amazing example of how a company that finally caught on far back with the Taurus how to make a production car with fine engineered tolerances & a little style finally , would go on to drag its feet after that winner for the next 2 decades ...brought to you by the world famous bean counters at Ford .
