Hi Marty:

No I am not looking to buy these calls. I am looking to buy the stock and write calls against it for example.

PSIX: 7 3/8. Buy 1000 shares on margin @ $3687.50
Called out =$625 or 18.3% return in 24 days

MGIX: 9 1/4 Buy 1000 shares on margin @ $4625.00
Called out =$1000 or 21.6% return in 24 days

And so on and so on...

To answer your question yes I can make plenty of money on these smaller companies. What is the difference if I spent $50,000 to buy 1000 shares of IBM and received $4-5 premium or the way I choose to do it rather than the obvious diversification that I accomplish with the same investment.

"It seemed so marginal, no matter how many you calls you wrote. I am just
curious as to how you figure you can make any money like this?"

My question to you is if you choose the right direction of these smaller companies how can't you make money like this? Nothing wrong with 10% 15% 20+% returns monthly. What exactly do you have in mind?
