this is precisely why these left/right/blue/red/conservative/liberal conversations, and arguments disparaging each other, are just such a waste of time. they are never going anywhere, which is exactly how they want it.
we can get hung up on this stuff and be very self-destructive, or we can wake up and look around - see the landscape for what it is - and prepare for what is on the horizon and approaching like a tsunami, regardless of who is elected.
