I've been watching FSCX for over a year and a half now and have owned it in the past. Judging from the recent trading activity I have come to the conclusion that things are not going well in FSCX land. I consider the loss of the $4 support (the low set last April) as quite significant. "Insiders" would be supporting the stock at $4 if there was imminent positive news out there. The break below has come on pretty decent volume which tells me the "insiders" are actually distributing.

I watched NUKO recently go sub $1 and have suffered significant consequences as a long time shareholder in the company. NUKO had "relationships" with Nortel, Cisco, ADC, Oracle. I didn't think it was possible its technology could become worthless so quickly especially because I had a number of sources including management who reassured me everything was fine.

I see a similar pattern developing with FSCX. No significant news with a steady erosion of market cap. If I owned FSCX now I would sell it and wait for it to climb back over $4 and build a base. (Coincidentally, $4 become the ultimate resistance NUKO could never get back through) Losing a 1/4 or 1/2 point in selling now and buying back later is far better than riding it all the way down. Averaging down would be an even bigger mistake IMHO. FSCX stock price has always been a leading indicator of coming news, whether positive or negative. I doubt that has changed.

Rick,

I respect and appreciate your work on this stock. I spent a fair amount of time researching NUKO and building up contacts. In the end all the rumors and and all the talk from management turned out to be B.S. I truly hope FSCX has a bright future but at the moment it appears more like a company on its last legs.

BTW. NUKO's CEO and other insiders were buyers of NUKO stock over the last year at prices as high as $12. They did begin finally dumping shares over the last couple months at obviously far lower levels. I would not consider Madsen's purchases as some guarantee that FSCX will ultimately be successful.
