I invite you to go down to your local CompUSA, Circuit City or whatever and wherever they sell computers. Look at a Packard-Bell, carefully. Examine the cover, the bezel, the way the motherboard is attached to the chasis, the chasis itself. Now examine an H-P or Compaq. Now I ask you, assuming Packard-Bell would give you great "support/service", would you buy it? (Perhaps YOU would--someone does.)
