Hi, TD,

I was afraid of that. Stan said the same thing on the Zitel thread. I called my tax attorney with the question, but he has not returned my call -- it looks like he got a head start on the Thanksgiving holiday. When he gets back to me, I will post his answer, as this matter is likely of interest to others.
