ARR trades ex-div this Thursday on their quarterly dime. I wouldn't be surprised if they announce a secondary Monday. Book value was $6.80 when last reported, $7.40 is a decent premium for them over book. ARR tends to announce plans for their secondaries a few days in advance, then close them the day it trades ex-dividend so the new secondary shares don't get the month's dime.
