If the RBOC's don't unbundle, they don't get into long distance and they don't compete against the cable providers for High Speed Internet access.

You've been telling us that the Telco's can't compete against the HFC cable providers. Is cable a competitive threat? Do the RBOC's want access to the X-billion dollar long distance market?.. until later.
