Take this for whatever it is worth....... I spoke to my contact at Echo Bay and after speaking to a couple of their geologists he was told that they very much want to keep the FLA JV!! Things could get at least a little interesting if this is true... the other side of the coin is that the top brass at Echo could very well ignore any advise from their geologists. Although I was unsure that the original deal was good for FLA, there is no doubt that given market conditions, keeping this JV is critical - my opinion only.... EW
