I bought CIM a long time ago in the $4s. :-( It will be a great trade some time, but it's hard to tell when with these accounting plagued stocks. I would recommend IVR over CIM for speculative mREIT investors. IVR has turned the corner on it's problem (declining book value due to poor swap investing).
