I haven't traded SYSF. By the way, did you see the article in the Sept. 2 issue of Infoworld about Micosoft's own call avoidance product in the upcoming release of Office 97? Microsoft claims to have already reduced support costs 16% in its current call avoidance product using inference engines (statistical help diagnosis). Why don't they leave SYSF alone? How come you guys that are making so much money on SYSF get upset by someone like me that says something negative? I'd be out celebrating and ignore people like me, if I were in your brand new shoes.
