I agree. Will def. not argue with 11yrs of experience. Same goes for Paul. However, even the best value investors including buffett never bought just bcs something was trading at low multiples. Anyways, thats how i think. For me there needs to be drivers.

I can argue to the contrary that there is a reason firms are trading at low multiples and there is no assurance that they will undergo multiple expansion. so i am not a big fan of just buying bcs something is trading at low multiples.

again, this is just my opinion. I am big on value too but investing in something that looks value and the realization of value are two different things. Again my opinion. therefore i raised those points just to have a discussion.

From your post, i believe you have factual analysis on the tier two cities in china still doing decently well? Just wondering.

Also for the record, i am in no way saying that XIN is a scam. But just some things i read concerned me a little so i just wanted to raise those points.

thanks for writing back.
