Jim, as I stated it was only a RUMOR so hopefully that didn't ruin your 4-day weekend. I apologize if it did, but imagine how you'd feel if you lost ALL your hard-earned $$$ instead. I have friends who have over 50K shares in QDRX (bought @ $1.25) so I always try to keep them up-to-date. Apparently the source was an analyst who had either spoken with the company or visited, and his reason for not initiating coverage was due to these concerns - mainly creditors attempting to force QDRX into bankruptcy. But I heard this second-hand, so I might have gotten the story wrong. Best regards, Tony
