On the positive side, I listed one - an exec building a house after hiring on, relocating or just because they want to. Other positive reasons include retirement, college or if you will need money in the future but might soon be restricted due to merger, etc. I think you can't attach much significance to these - and especially not all negative significance. <<And what do you make of the dwindling volume and stagnant stock price on such low volume??>> The calm before the storm? The sellers have sold, the buyers haven't returned yet and the shorts are holding (for now). You don't see the price plunging, do you? When volume returns, the move will be UP.
