Re SVU unturnarund paving the way for same at RSH/AVP . Divvys could go at both. AVP on a prudent wait after a splashdown could be intriguing. I just dont think RSH mgmt gets it though. Previously mentioned turnarunds DCO has while STM has not. STM appear pretty cheap. Which of course is no guarantee of success
