A few of my coulda shouldas include Amylin (AMLN) which I held at a cost of 2 and change. Was near 60 at one point. I liked it because it was a San Diego company and was involved with diabetes, which, as the world becomes more obese, will be a growth disease and therefore a money maker for those who fight it. Another was Intuitive Surgical (ISRG), which I had at 50 or so, was another. It trades at 500 and change. The Apple of biotech.
Oh, well.
