Response from Teklogix with regards to share crash.

In light of the 83% crash in the value of Teklogix's stock from its 1997 high and a 69% plunge from its IPO price of $12, does management have any immediate plans to raise shareholder value? Is a share repurchase plan being considered? Is a sale to a larger better financed company under consideration? Is management going to keep us better informed about sales levels and profit out look and not surprise everybody with such results as just released for the second quarter?

John Sprenger
shareholder

Dear Mr. Sprenger:

With regard to your questions:

Management views the recent profit results as unacceptable.

Management plans are ongoing and are directed toward increasing
shareholder value.

A share repurchase plan is not currently being considered.

A sale to a larger, better financed company is not currently being considered.

The company's policy is to announce its results in accordance with regulatory policy.

Sincerely,

Lorna Pires
