Scrapps, I should consider formating the hard drive because the techs don't know what is corrupted in Windows or IE4 now. I would reformat your drive as that wil clean out all the gremlins. It's a hassle but is really the only way to really clean the disaster. The Win95 registry file and other things get corrupted and we have tried fixing all these things before and think we have them fixed until it blows up again. I'm starting to see little horns on Billy's head when I see a picture of him now. Uh oh! If you start seeing this in your sleep it means you have been assimilated! Welcome to the Twilight Zone..
