I certainly agree, Income above cost is key. I must say that it must be sustained over time. Once the investment community sees that it is not a flash in the pan, then it will truly be in a class to be envied. I do think that if the above scenario comes to fruition, it will be a much needed positive note for the DD players who still have credibility. I love the weakness in gold, hope it goes to $150. I am long silver, short gold.
