Recent success of ARRS ipv6 solution is admirable.But DNS servers are a delay in the delivery system of webpages. Webpages are now very long with its own operating system, scripts and apps data too. So, there is a hidden agenda to copy skype using email address from ISP servers(with atomic clock for time and date stamp) to deliver webpages. ISP servers are made by SYMM. ARRS has to increase emphasis of ISP email servers in cable plants. Facebook is changing from http webpages to email packet webpages.
