Trunkmonk---traders/investors can and do lose money sometimes--I do, Cheify does, everybody does if they really have a dog in the hunt--over and over again. Class actions, even those that have merit and I don't think there is a shread of evidence in this case, benefit almost no one except lawyers. Taking your lumps, learning from them, and moving on is better and more productive than getting hung up in the hedgerows of the blame game.
