Not all, but the true markets function of Setting Valuation by market owners will be restored to some extent. This is the real Problem...the market has forgotten its functions, enable capital formation, and establish value by the activity of owners setting prices. the advantages of the current systems state, is to process owners out of the pricing equations. thereafter owning everything worth owning and keeping under the banner of supersystem malfeasance. this prevents competition in business and innovation, washes out threats to super system sovereignty over everyone.
