I dont know about that. The way i look at it, as a value investor you get paid for having patience and being willling to accept volatility. so the question is how patient do you want to be. the one area where I think investors get shafted is with con artist type unscrupulous management. and unfortunately there is a lot more of that going around than i ever thought possible. sad to say, there are just no enough checks and balances in the system to keep these scumbags from sticking their greedy hands into unsuspecting investor pockets.

I still dont understand why anyone would want to be a bank investor. No one has anything to say about that creme of the crop ceo Dimon who complains about there being too much regulation. well He shafted investors by agreeing to substantial cuts in dividends, dividends that retirees and conservative investors were relying upon for their day to day needs. Now its becoming more and more appar1\ent as I warned years ago that banks are clueless about the extent of their derivative risk.
