That is old news. I believe I posted a note that the company had two filings with the SEC on 29 and 30 August 1996. Those filings contained the information regarding the sale to the stocks and warrants. I also indicated that the symbol they used was NCII in the report. Go to EDGAR and read for yourself. I believe the company needed something to release as everyone was expecting the release of VoiceLink today!!!! It did not happen. Now the talk is TWO WEEKS. That is when a shareholder was advise he could purchase one. Jim
