I am in total agreement with you (read my previous posts). By themselves, awards don't translate into sales and revenues. Even
better products are not guaranteed a market acceptance.

However, with the exeption of CSCO, the whole communications sector has been in a bear market for some time now. Tech stocks have been in a downtrend.
