Think about it. They offer toolsets - and you can deploy without runtimes. You can buy a runtime dbms license for about $99 - unlimited usage. Their competitors are squeezing them on price and technology. GPTA certainly isn't perceived by the market to be appropriate for large scale application development or deployment.

Maybe someone will buy company at 4, but not much more (5?).

It could go to 2. I bought at 12, sold at 9. One of my few losers in recent years and sad to say, I was persuaded to buy by a salesperson of my acquaintance who spun tales of undervalued gold lined streets. Actually, I fell into the class action suit, and will actually make most of my loss back at some point. Between that and the tax loss, it's palatable, and a good lesson. I couldn't figure out how GPTA was going to make it then, and still can't now.
