When Obama wins in November it will be largely a result of the dumbest political strategy by a major party since the Democrats nominated George McGovern. To run an investment banker in this election after the banks tanked the economy as a result of fraud and greed is just stupid. Of course the Republicans didn't have much to choose from because their potentially good candidates are smart enough to wait for an open election in 2016, when they will have a very good chance of winning. IMHO.
