Does anyone know of a Scientific body which challenges the current Scientific Consensus in every country in the world as regards global warming?

Because I keep hearing about a "controversy" but nobody ever shows me where a Scientific Organization disagrees with the consensus. The so-called "controversy" seems to be something manufactured by lay persons, internet bloggers, and conspiracy theorists. It is very reminiscent of the so-called "controversy" between Evolutionary Science and the mythology of Genesis! Of course, there is no controversey-nada nada nada! But the wing nuts continue to mumble about the "controversy"!!
