Robert, I've seen the times when TXN's p/e is 8 a few years ago,
which will makes TXN a $20 stock at current earning. Anything could happened. $200 by year 2000 is possible as well. For the near term,
there is no momentum buy for TXN. Party is over near term.
For value buy, take your time.

The problem is momentum play, last two years, I have seen DELL down
from $90 to $27, with nothing wrong with the earnings. It back to $400
last month. Not all the stock behaviored that way.

There is OAKT as well, down from $30 to $7.5, never recovered.

Nothing is so sure with momentum play involved.
