Stephen Leeb, editor of "Personal Finance" in the most recent issue says "buy up to 28." He is expecting revenues to grow at a rate similar to that of the third quarter for the "rest of the century." He warns "with no earnings likely until early in the next century, IGC isn't for the faint of heart."
