Sold the last of my ALSK, will also sell rest of FTR sometime today. Added more to CIM. CIM now a 4% position, which is huge for me. Still holding SVU from the $2.60s. I am warming up to CIM as a play on the housing turnaround. Real estate here in Florida, which used to be terrible, started reviving. There are few condo bargains remaining anymore in most areas. Maybe it's the banks withholding REO inventory. But on the other hand the increase in household formation in conjunction with very low housing starts and all time mortgage lows have got to work one of these years.
