Hello! Bob,
My compliments to you on making a very sound decision, not to post and reinforce an attempt by a rude and obnoxious individual!
The CVIA shareholders that make posting contributions on this thread, for the most part have demonstrated that they are interested in the common good for the efforts of CVIA in it's current merger negotiations!
In my opinion ( and there is the key phrase " in my opinion!") we have had several examples of individuals from this thread, actively communicating with CVIA Management trying to stay abreast with any progress that CVIA may be making towards the merger plans!
In turn , I feel that the CVIA Management has been very up front with it's shareholders, and in my opinion has kept us as well informed, as any one could reasonably or possibly expect, under the current circumstances!
In spite of all of our combined efforts as serious, interested and financially vested shareholders, the CVIA Management will not divulge any more details of the merger negotiations, until they have something concrete and confirmed, before advising the developments via a press or news release! ( Just my own opinion!)
And how many times have we read examples by several upon several posting contributors, repeat time after time, when they are expressing their ideas, opinions, speculative thoughts, etc., --advising the thread, that ( these are just their opinions, thoughts, guesswork, etc!).
We have been exposed to a multitude of postings where we were reminded, time and time again, that (Do not make investment decisions based on someone else's recommendations, suggestions, etc.-----And never, ever, make any investment decisions, before doing your own research, having your own questions answered by going to the source and decision makers, and finally always do your own Due Diligence!).
One of the reason's that I feel people repeatedly share the "Buyer Beware" information on several and various postings, is that they are trying to help one another out in this " wild and wacky world of investing!" ( And once again just my own opinion!).
Having said and shared all this, one would hope that if one receives some "Super Hyped" communication, from an unknown individual, one might expect that the first step could possibly incorporate a phone call or other means of communication to the company being mentioned, in efforts to confirm , or at least get a bettor understanding of the information, or opinions received!
If I have been able to shed any light that may help point someone in the right direction , the next time this type of challenge arises, then I have been happy to do so!
From a selfish standpoint, I hope that what appears to have been an anonymous "prankster" or "hypster", the effect or repricussions, doesn't effect the positive framework that the CVIA Management has had in it's recent and regular information flow with it's shareholders!
Let's hope that the CVIA Management Team doesn't temporarily " pull back" on it's news/information flow, because of this " immature development!"
Best Regards,
