David: Late this afternoon I sold all my MACR for MCRE. I wish you luck with this stock but I couldn't pass up MCRE which for some reason has been dropping since hitting $18ish. As you know MACR also has eased from $14ish. Perhaps if MACR eases any more I might get some back but for now I need more action.
